keptoBook a call

How it works

Your support number takes the same forty questions all day, and the hard faults queue up behind them. This is the path a message takes from the moment it arrives to the person who should see it.

  1. A subscriber messages your support number

The number already on your invoices and your bill reminders. There is nothing for them to install and no menu to get through.

You keep the number. We check what it is attached to today before anything moves.

  2. It is answered in seconds

Not a holding message. An answer that tells them what happens next and when, so they stop wondering whether anyone saw it.

A reply to a message someone sent you is free-form under WhatsApp rules — no template, no approval queue, no wait.

  3. It is sorted and routed

Connectivity, billing, a new install — each goes to the people who handle it, by area or by whoever is on shift.

You set the categories. Kepto works to the ones you have defined and does not invent its own.

  4. Your team works it in one inbox

Everybody sees the same conversation, and the answers your agents type twenty times a day are one tap away rather than retyped.

Cover for a shift, a leave day or a resignation is a login, not a handover of somebody's phone.

  5. Nothing goes quiet

A conversation waiting on your side comes back to whoever owns it, so a subscriber is never left assuming they have been forgotten.

The nudge goes to your agent, not to the subscriber. We do not message people on your behalf.

  6. The same thing happens at 21:00 on a Sunday

The hours when a connection breaks and nobody is rostered are the hours that decide whether somebody stays with you.

Overnight replies are answers to inbound messages, which is the free-form side of WhatsApp's rules.

What Kepto will not do

Worth being direct about, because plenty of tools in this category promise the opposite, and it is how an ISP loses the number its subscribers know it by.

  • Message people who have not contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
  • Send to a subscriber list exported from your billing system for marketing.
  • Run cold outreach to anybody at all.
  • Pretend to be a person when it is not one.

Meta's rules separate two things cleanly. Replying to somebody who messaged you is free-form and open for 24 hours. Starting a conversation yourself needs an approved template and their opt-in, and that is the line enforcement sits on — numbers get restricted and accounts get banned. Kepto is built around the conversations your subscribers start.

Common questions

Do we lose the WhatsApp Business app?

A number lives on the WhatsApp Business Platform or in the WhatsApp Business app, not both. Support desks move across entirely, because one shared inbox is the point of it. We check what your number is on today before anything changes.

Can our agents still type their own replies?

Yes, and on the hard problems they should. The automatic part covers the traffic that never needed a person. Everything else is your team, writing as themselves.

What if something gets answered wrong?

Every conversation is in front of you and any agent can take over mid-thread. Kepto works to what you have configured — there is no behaviour running in your name that you have not seen.

How long does setup take?

Usually a few days. Verifying your business with Meta is the slow part and that is their process, not ours. We do the technical side and stay on the call while you get verified.
